Business Project Manager

CornerStone Technology Talent Services is seeking experienced Business Project Managers to support a large enterprise banking environment focused on payments and commercial banking transformation initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to lead high-impact projects within a fast-paced financial services organization undergoing significant modernization and operational change.

We are looking for proven project leaders who bring deep banking experience, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive complex enterprise initiatives from planning through execution.

What You'll Do

• Lead enterprise-level business and operational projects within banking and payments environments
• Drive project execution across cross-functional teams including operations, product, compliance, risk, technology, legal, and executive leadership
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, risks, dependencies, budgets, and stakeholder communications
• Facilitate governance meetings, executive updates, and project status reporting
• Coordinate implementation and commercialization activities tied to banking products and operational initiatives
• Partner with business leaders to define project scope, objectives, and success metrics
• Ensure alignment between business priorities, operational readiness, and customer impact
• Support Agile and hybrid delivery environments where applicable

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 10+ years of project or program management experience
• 5+ years of experience within banking or financial services environments
• Strong experience managing enterprise-scale business initiatives with multiple stakeholders
• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional programs from initiation through execution
• Excellent communication, presentation, and executive-facing skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting payments, treasury management, wholesale payments, commercial banking, cash management, or merchant services initiatives
• PMP, Agile, Scrum, or SAFe certifications
• Experience working within large enterprise banking organizations
• Familiarity with project governance, risk tracking, financial reporting, and executive steering committees
• Experience using tools such as Jira, MS Project, Excel reporting, or enterprise PMO tooling
