Duties

• Assist in managing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring smooth shift transitions and operational efficiency
• Lead, motivate, and supervise sales associates to deliver outstanding customer service
• Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment, merchandising, pricing strategies, and inventory control
• Support recruiting efforts by participating in interviewing candidates, employee orientation, training, and development initiatives
• Handle customer inquiries with professionalism
• Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems for transactions such as cashiering, cash handling, and sales processing with accuracy and integrity
• Assist in bookkeeping and administrative tasks to ensure store financial health and compliance
