Role Overview
We are seeking a Data Analyst to transform raw data into actionable insights that support business decision-making. This role is responsible for analyzing trends, building reports, and providing data-driven recommendations that improve operational and strategic performance.
Key Responsibilities

Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support business decisions

Build and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity through validation, cleansing, and quality checks

Present findings and insights to management through clear visualizations, reports, and presentations

Support ad-hoc analysis and reporting requests to drive strategic and operational initiatives
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience

Experience with design and collaboration tools such as Figma, Miro, or similar for creating wireframes and mockups

Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while delivering high-quality results

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Familiarity with data querying and manipulation techniques to extract meaningful insights from structured and unstructured data
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau and Power BI for building interactive dashboards and reports

Working knowledge of programming languages like Python or R for data analysis, automation, and statistical modeling

Experience handling and analyzing large, complex datasets, with an understanding of data structures, data cleaning, and performance optimization

Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products. Can operate independently or with minimum supervision
