Are you a sharp, detail-driven professional with a background in land title research? CORETITLE is looking for an experienced Title Examiner to join our team and ensure the accuracy and marketability of property titles for our clients. In this role, you will perform in-depth public records research, analyze complex legal documents, and prepare accurate title commitments. Key Responsibilities

• Examine Public Records: Analyze deeds, mortgages, liens, easements, judgments, and probate records to establish a clear chain of title.
• Prepare Commitments: Draft accurate title commitments and reports in accordance with company and underwriter guidelines.
• Resolve Issues: Identify defects and encumbrances, proactively working with internal closing teams, underwriters, and lenders to formulate curative solutions.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience examining titles.
• Core Skills: Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Work Style: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech: Knowledge of Qualia software platform (preferred).
