Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical capabilities, medical history, and individual rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and healthcare team members, focusing on achieving specific patient goals.
• Deliver direct physical therapy interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities within the established scope of practice.
• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatments as necessary, and document all interactions and findings comprehensively in electronic health records.
• Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs, self-management strategies, and the use of assistive devices to ensure continuity of care.
• Prioritize caseload effectively, coordinate staffing needs, and participate in team meetings to enhance collaborative approaches to patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Core Strength Wellness, you will be providing care to a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from surgery, accidents, chronic conditions, and sports injuries. Our approach is holistic, focusing on the unique needs of each individual and engaging them in their recovery process. You will be crucial in addressing functional limitations and providing supportive therapy that helps restore independence and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist with a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification, or the ability to obtain it within 30 days of employment.
• No prior experience is required; new graduates are encouraged to apply!

Preferred Experience

• Previous exposure to outpatient physical therapy settings is highly desirable but not mandatory.
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems will be advantageous.
• Familiarity with diverse therapeutic modalities and evidence-based treatment strategies.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000, in addition to a robust benefits package that supports your health, career, and overall well-being.
