Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled RN/LPN PRN to join our dynamic healthcare team. As a RN/LPN PRN, you will provide high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. In this role, you will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to deliver individualized care plans, monitor resident conditions, and provide treatments and interventions as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as needed
• Conduct resident assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Monitor resident conditions, reporting changes or concerns to the healthcare team
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Provide emotional support and compassionate care to residents and their families
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and treatment

Requirements:

• Current RN or LPN licensure in the state of Maryland
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting (new graduates welcome to apply)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and caring towards residents

Work Schedule:

• Per Diem status (variable shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends)
