Required Skills

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years in data analytics, data science, AI/ML, NLP, and data visualization
• Strong experience with Python, R, SQL, Tableau, Power BI
• Expertise in AI/ML model development, MVP prototyping, and deployment
• Experience leading analytics solutions and translating enterprise data into mission insights
• Deep understanding of AI/ML algorithms, frameworks, and real-world implementation

Preferred Skills

• Palantir experience (Highly Preferred)
• Master's degree in a related field
• DoD AI policies, security, and compliance knowledge
• AI solution lifecycle management and technology evaluation
• TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, AWS/Azure/GCP, Hadoop/Spark
• ETL, data pipelines, and data engineering experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop data analytics, AI/ML solutions, dashboards, and visualizations to support mission objectives
• Gather requirements, perform EDA, statistical analysis, and communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Design, deploy, and maintain scalable AI architectures with monitoring and automation
• Build AI MVPs, support AI adoption, and conduct AI knowledge-sharing sessions
• Lead junior team members and collaborate with customers to deliver innovative analytics solutions

🎓 Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
