Job description

The Remote Appointment Setter plays a key role in driving growth for Convertros’ U.S. clients by handling inbound leads, building relationships, and converting interest into action.

This position is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the drive to grow within a high-performance, remote sales organization.

Compensation

  • Paid training: $16 USD/hour

  • After training: $8 USD per booking

  • Performance-based earnings with no cap

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound leads and convert them into bookings, appointments, or enrollments

  • Manage daily performance metrics with full accountability for results

  • Collaborate with leaders for ongoing feedback and real-time coaching

  • Contribute to a fast-paced, data-driven sales culture focused on growth

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Fast learner with a proactive and goal-oriented attitude

  • Comfortable with structure, targets, and measurable outcomes

  • Fluent English (written and spoken)

  • No prior sales experience required - training provided (entry-level friendly)

Work Environment & Requirements

  • 100% remote - work from anywhere inside the US or Canada

  • Collaborative, multicultural, and growth-focused environment

  • Regular 90-day performance and promotion reviews

  • Must have access to reliable internet and a quiet work setup

Schedule

Full-time (40 hours/week), between 12 PM and 12 AM EST, with availability on Saturdays
