Conti Landscape Design

Conti Landscape Design is hiring 1–2 Landscape Crew Members to join our growing team. We're a Bergen County/Northern NJ company doing commercial and residential landscape work, and we're looking for people who take pride in a job done well.

No experience? No problem — we train. What matters most is a willingness to work outdoors, a strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn from our crew leaders.

What you'll do

• Cut grass and handle general lawn maintenance

• Mulch and help with seasonal property cleanups

• Trim hedges and do basic pruning

• Assist with equipment maintenance and repairs under supervision

• Support crew leaders with daily landscaping tasks

• Load, unload, and organize tools and materials

• Keep job sites safe, clean, and organized
  

What we're looking for

• Ready to work outdoors in all conditions

• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic

• Willing to take direction and learn on the job

• Able to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods

• Landscaping experience is a plus, not a requirement

• Team player with a positive attitude
