Job Location :Senior Consultant – Oracle PCMCS / EPCM Job Description :

The candidate will drive the delivery of high-value Oracle EPM solutions, specializing in PCMCS/EPCM. You
will be responsible for translating complex business needs into scalable technical designs, leading technical workstreams, and ensuring the seamless integration of profitability models with broader financial systems.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Requirements & Design: Involved in stakeholder engagement sessions to gather business requirements and convert them into comprehensive technical designs. Architect solution strategies, including profitability modeling, cost allocation logic, and driver-based analysis.
• Implementation & Support: Own the end-to-end implementation lifecycle. Beyond deployment,
  you will manage ongoing support activities, troubleshooting system issues, and ensuring longterm application stability.
• Technical Leadership: Lead technical discussions with clients and internal teams to justify architectural decisions. Conduct performance tuning and optimization to ensure application scalability and data accuracy.
• Mentorship: Guide junior team members through technical hurdles, perform code reviews for Essbase and Groovy scripts, and oversee the quality of project deliverables.
• Integration & Automation: Design and manage financial data integrations using Data Management (FDMEE), Data Exchange, and EPM Automate. Ensure unified reporting by integrating PCMCS with other modules like EPBCS.
• Reporting & Training: Develop advanced reporting structures using Smart View and Financial Reporting. Deliver comprehensive documentation and training sessions to empower end-users.

Job Requirements :

• Modeling: Advanced allocation rules and driver-based methodologies for cost transparency.
• Scripting: Expert-level Calculation Scripts (Essbase) and Groovy Business Rules.
• Cloud Operations: Proven track record in cloud migration and performance optimization.
• Integration: Hands-on experience with Data Management/Integration and cross-module EPM flow.

Required Attributes :

• Experience: 5+ years in Oracle EPM, with a deep focus on PCMCS implementation and support.
• Soft Skills: Proven ability to lead technical workshops and mentor staff in a fast-paced consulting environment.
