Responsibllities:

• Maintain an efficient parts inventory for the Maintenance Department and Facilities.
• Enter Parts into the Maintenance Software Database
• Coordinate Vendor appointments and services with the Maintenance Department.
• Oversee vendor visits to make sure proper PPE is utilized and job scope is being performed.
• Process inventory and parts program as required by minimum quantities inventory.
• Process and close warranty claims related to parts inventory.
• Prepare purchase orders track vendor orders with inventory needs and approvals.
• Conduct physical audits of inventory and maintain systems with inventory levels.
• Responsible for parts storage and organization.
• Track facility schedules of repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Track, review, and publish reports for parts inventory including budgets and costs.

• Planning and organizational skills
• Maintenance Software skills.
• Strong Math Skills
• Excellent customer service with internal and external customers
• Ability to be on call if needed evenings and weekends or as needed.
