JOB SUMMARYThe SAP Deployment Analyst will support the subprocess team for Make to Deploy Make Production, Quality, or Planning operations and Legacy Applications, playing a crucial role in the deployment model and hyper-care teams. Responsibilities include supporting field-level operations at client's owned (Quaker, Gatorade & Canada) operations in the US and Canada, reviewing and analyzing data, and supporting the delivery of the S/4 HANA solution across PQGC, working closely with the PQGC PGT project team, business teams, IT, and external partners. Travel is expected to be approximately 70%, including weekends and potential holidays.
Key Responsibilities* Responsible for delivering the new harmonized process, data, analytics and controls within the subprocess area of Manufacturing.
* Provide knowledge and experience to project activities within the Manufacturing areas
* Serve as a link between baseline business leaders, IT development team and any third-party regarding software functionality, throughout the project
* Escalate appropriate decision-making requirements to Project Leadership
* Support adoption and change management, as well as develop and deliver end-user training where needed
* Provide deployment support
* Provide post-go-live support (Hyper-Care)
Required Qualifications* SAP or S/hana Warehousing WMS experience, Hypercare, Deployment and Blue Yonder.
* Bachelor’s Degree
* 3-4 plus years of previous experience working within Foods or Beverage Operations.
* Extensive Excel (pivot tables and data analysis) and PowerPoint knowledge
* Strong attention to detail; highly organized, with project planning and time management skills
* Comfortable with challenging the status quo and ask difficult questions.
* Effective communicator, both written and oral; ability to articulate or demonstrate perspectives and best practices.
* This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States
* Ability to travel cross border

* Results oriented, able to complete projects on time while managing multiple priorities.
* Ability to adapt to and work within multi time zones and adjust work schedule appropriately.
* Ability to visualize new business processes across the PQGC organization.
