The Logistics & Inventory Manager is responsible for overseeing inventory accuracy, warehouse logistics, and daily operational flow within Completeful’s fulfillment facility. This role manages inventory processes, inbound and outbound shipments, warehouse organization, and team coordination to ensure products move efficiently and accurately throughout the operation.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader with some experience in warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory control who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This position plays a key role in maintaining operational efficiency, supporting fulfillment timelines, reducing inventory discrepancies, and driving continuous process improvements across departments.

• 1 year of management or supervisory experience in a fulfillment center, warehouse, or logistics environment.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with experience coaching and motivating teams.
• Proven ability to manage operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with inventory management systems, barcode scanners, and shipping platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze workflows and implement process improvements
• Ability to operate or oversee the use of forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners, and other warehouse equipment
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
• Prior logistics or eCommerce fulfillment experience is strongly preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Frequent bending, reaching, and handling of small products.
