Job description

DESCRIPTION
The Metal Packer is responsible for accurately packaging custom metal signs in a fast-paced fulfillment environment. This role ensures each order is correctly matched, carefully inspected for quality, and securely packaged for shipment according to company and carrier standards. Working within the metal production team, the associate plays a key role in delivering high-quality personalized products to customers.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production or warehouse environment and meet daily productivity goals
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and identify product defects
  • Ability to match production tickets with completed items and verify personalization, SKU, and quantity
  • Basic computer skills for using shipping software, order lookup, and label printing
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions consistently
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs regularly
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
  • Willingness to assist in other production areas as needed
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior warehouse, packing, or fulfillment experience preferred but not required
