Welder/Fitter – 1st & 2nd Shift

Locations: Waukesha & Slinger

Pay: $28–$30/hr DOE

Shifts: 1st & 2nd Shift Openings Available

Position Overview

Our client is seeking experienced Welder/Fitters to join their growing team. These positions involve working with large parts, requiring strong fit‑up skills and welding proficiency.

Requirements

• Open table and fit‑up experience required
• Proficiency with solid wire (0.45 or 0.52) or flux‑core 3/32 welding
• Ability to work with large components and maintain high quality standards
• Opportunities available at both Waukesha and Slinger facilities
• Immediate openings on 1st and 2nd shift

Compensation

$28–$30 per hour, depending on experience
