Job Description

Position Overview: A vibrant clinical team is seeking a dedicated practitioner to manage oral healthcare delivery through thorough dental cleanings and comprehensive initial patient checkups. The role focuses on cultivating a friendly, comfortable clinic environment where individuals feel completely assured about their health journey.
Core Duties: Deliver professional preventative treatments including complete Scaling, polishing, and fluoride protection while updating electronic medical charts. Assist clinical staff during primary diagnostic examinations utilizing established four-handed chairside assisting methodologies to enhance overall workflow efficiency.
Team Dynamics: Collaborate alongside an interactive dental crew to maintain strict sanitization protocols and support general family treatment workflows.
Community Integration: Interact directly with diverse diagnostic demographics including pediatric patients to guide positive behavioral changes and improve community wide oral hygiene awareness.

Salary Range

Part-time $42 - $45 per hour

Pay is based on experience within the specified standard hourly range

Monday: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Tuesday: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Wednesday: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Thursday: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM–12:30 PM
Saturday: Closed
Sunday: Closed

Requirements

• Dentrix
• Eaglesoft
• Licensed dental hygienist

License Requirement: Valid state licensure as a Dental Hygienist with current certification to practice in the designated region
Clinical Competencies: Proven experience in general dentistry settings along with strong baseline knowledge of standard dental terminology and medical coding practices

Preferences

Software Systems: Hands-on familiarity with Electronic Medical Records applications including Eaglesoft or Dentrix is highly desired
