Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
  • Monitor and report changes in resident condition
  • Maintain accurate documentation in EHR systems
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
  • Work collaboratively with the nursing team

Qualifications

  • Active Wisconsin CNA certification
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills required
  • Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
