interact with those around them. The RBT will be responsible for observing the individual's interactions with various environments to identify social and behavioral issues, such as self-injury or aggression. The RBT will be responsible for direct observation, collecting data and providing training and support to team members.
Responsibilities:
Observe individuals in home, school and clinic settings.
Assist with assessments to report to BCBA.
Provide training and support to team members
Complete on-going assessment of services.
Collect, record, and summarize data on observable clientbehavior.
Assist with parent and caregiver training in line with client's individualized treatment andbehaviorreduction protocols.
Effectively communicate client progress.
Maintain client confidentiality.
Collaborate with treatment team including client, parents and caregivers, outside professionals.
Maintain and acquire technical knowledge by attending required training.
