Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Warehouse Associate/Delivery Driver role based in the Columbus, Ohio metropolitan area. The role includes receiving, picking, packing, and staging orders; loading and unloading trucks; organizing and maintaining warehouse inventory; and keeping work areas clean and safe. The team member will operate company vehicles to deliver products to customer locations, verify deliveries against documentation, and provide courteous, professional interaction with customers. Additional responsibilities may include using basic warehouse technology (such as handheld scanners or inventory systems), following all safety and driving guidelines, and assisting with other operational tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform core warehouse tasks such as order picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory organization.
• Capability to safely drive delivery vehicles, follow route instructions, and handle loading and unloading of materials.
• Basic comfort with using warehouse tools and technology, including barcode scanners, inventory systems, and standard office software.
• Strong reliability, time management, and attention to detail to ensure accurate orders and on-time deliveries.
• Effective communication and customer service skills for interacting with teammates and customers in a professional manner.
• Ability to lift and move materials safely, stand for extended periods, and follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; any prior experience in warehouse operations or delivery driving is beneficial.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; willingness to learn, accept training, and grow within the company.
