Position Overview

Colin Charlson State Farm is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative in Mound, MN to join a supportive, professional office. We invest in our team through training, ongoing development, and a work environment built around collaboration and growth.

Responsibilities

• Conduct policy reviews, follow up on claims, and proactively reach out for renewals and service updates
• Follow up consistently to support customer loyalty and retention
• Maintain accurate customer records in the agency system
• Handle policy questions, billing inquiries, and coverage changes accurately
• Resolve service issues with patience and professionalism
• Identify coverage gaps and service needs during reviews

Qualifications

• No prior insurance experience required
• Positive, professional, customer-first attitude
• Excellent listening, empathy, and problem-solving skills
• Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through
• Willingness to obtain the required Property and Casualty license

Pay range: $60,000-$80,000 per year
