Role Description This is a contractor Mobile Auto Mechanic role. The Auto Mechanic will perform routine vehicle maintenance and diagnostics, including inspections, fluid changes, brake work, and other scheduled services. The role includes identifying mechanical and electrical issues, completing repairs according to manufacturer and company standards, and documenting work performed in service records. The Auto Mechanic will communicate findings and recommendations clearly, support customer satisfaction through professional interactions, and follow safety protocols and quality control processes. The position may involve coordinating with team members virtually, using digital tools for work orders, technical references, and customer communication.
Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong skills in Vehicle Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair for a variety of makes and models.
  • Candidates should possess solid Automotive Repair and general Automotive system knowledge (engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, and electrical).
  • Candidates should possess a focus on Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to explain technical issues in clear, respectful language.
  • Relevant technical training or certification in automotive technology (ASE or equivalent) is beneficial.
  • Experience using diagnostic tools, service software, and digital documentation platforms is beneficial.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and uphold safety and quality standards.
