The Unarmed Security Officer will be responsible for maintaining safety and security within residential complexes. This role requires vigilant monitoring of property, prompt response to incidents, and ensuring a secure environment for residents and visitors. The officer will work independently, managing routine and emergency situations with professionalism and attentiveness.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol residential complexes to prevent unauthorized access and ensure safety
• Respond promptly and effectively to fire emergencies and medical incidents
• Conduct routine inspections of property and report any security concerns or hazards
• Maintain accurate logs and reports of daily activities and incidents
• Provide a visible security presence to deter criminal activity and enhance residents' peace of mind
• Operate during day, night, and rotating shifts as assigned

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in security operations
