Bartender

Position Summary

The Bartender creates memorable guest experiences by providing exceptional hospitality, preparing quality beverages, and maintaining a welcoming bar environment. Bartenders are expected to demonstrate strong product knowledge, attention to detail, and responsible alcohol service.

Essential Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and standards 
• Engage guests and create a welcoming atmosphere 
• Maintain knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and cocktail offerings 
• Manage bar inventory, garnishes, and supplies 
• Ensure accurate cash handling and POS transactions 
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary bar 
• Verify guest age and follow all alcohol service laws and company policies 
• Assist servers with beverage preparation 
• Perform opening and closing duties including cleaning and stocking 

Requirements:

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience preferred 
• Knowledge of classic and craft cocktails preferred 
• Excellent guest service and communication skills 
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment 
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
