Description: CloudRek, an innovative cloud-based recruitment and staffing platform, is seeking a motivated Junior Sales Representative to join our growing team in Houston, Texas. As an associate Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and promoting our AI-powered recruitment solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential clients in the Houston area and surrounding regions
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase CloudRek's unique features and benefits
- Explain how CloudRek can help clients reduce staffing costs by up to 30% and access top talent within 24 hours
- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions in our CRM system
- Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and create effective sales materials
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote CloudRek's services
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or associate degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
- 0-2 years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS or recruitment industries
