CloudApperAI is hiring an Account Executive to drive new enterprise revenue across our AI application platform. This is a quota-carrying, full-cycle sales role targeting mid-market and enterprise accounts in the B2B SaaS and cloud software space. You will own the complete sales motion — from prospecting and discovery through contract and close.
What You'll Do
- Own a revenue quota and drive new logo acquisition across assigned verticals or territories
- Run full-cycle enterprise sales: prospecting, qualification, discovery, solution positioning, negotiation, and close
- Engage with C-level and VP-level buyers, including CHROs, COOs, CTOs, and IT leadership
- Articulate CloudApper's value as a permanent process layer above any HCM, ERP, or core enterprise system — not a replacement, but a capability multiplier
- Manage and advance a pipeline of 20+ active opportunities with disciplined CRM hygiene
- Collaborate with Solution Delivery and Implementation teams to scope deals accurately and set customers up for success
- Work co-sell opportunities through AWS Marketplace where applicable, coordinating with our AWS Alliance Manager
- Represent CloudApper at industry events, executive briefings, and virtual demos
What You've Done
- 4–8 years of full-cycle B2B SaaS or enterprise software sales, with a consistent track record of quota attainment
- Sold to enterprise buyers — you are comfortable running a multi-stakeholder deal and navigating procurement, IT, and business-side approval simultaneously
- Strong discovery skills — you lead with business problems, not product features
- Experience selling platforms or horizontal software rather than single-point solutions is a strong advantage
- Familiarity with HCM, workforce management, operations, or AI/automation markets is a plus but not required
What We Offer
- Base: $100,000–$130,000, depending on experience
- Commission: Uncapped, with accelerators above quota - Total package > $250K
