Project Coordinator in Training

Cloud Contents – Personal Property Restoration

Cloud Contents is a leader in property restoration, specializing in fire, water, and mold damage. We are hiring motivated team members to join our production team. You’ll start as a Field Technician and grow into a Project Coordinatorwith full responsibility for managing jobs and teams.

What You’ll Do

As a Field Technician (Training Phase):

  • Work on-site at homes and businesses affected by fire, water, or mold.
  • Perform cleaning and restoration services with a small team.
  • Ensure quality, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate project updates with office staff and coordinators.

As a Project Coordinator (Full Role):

  • Assess damages and prepare reports for estimates.
  • Schedule and manage project teams from start to finish.
  • Oversee budgets, timelines, and customer communication.
  • Collect before/after photos and keep project files updated.
  • Support facility operations when department leads are absent.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
  • Experience in management, supervision, or coordination preferred.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver’s license (company vehicle provided after 3 months).
  • Restoration experience is helpful but not required.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (with occasional emergency on-calls & overtime)
Compensation: $18–20/hr during training → $50,000 + Commissions annually as Project Coordinator
