Position Summary

The Clinical Research Coordinator will support daily clinical trial operations, including patient visits, regulatory compliance, data entry, and sponsor communication. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast‐paced research environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct and document study visits per protocol, GCP, and site SOPs
• Coordinate patient scheduling, screening, enrollment, and follow‐up
• Collect, process, and ship biological samples (blood, urine, plasma)
• Maintain accurate source documentation and eCRF data entry
• Manage investigational product accountability
• Communicate with sponsors/CROs regarding queries and monitoring visits
• Assist with regulatory submissions, logs, and essential documents
• Ensure protocol adherence and patient safety at all times
• Support recruitment efforts and pre‐screening activities
• Prepare for monitoring visits, audits, and inspections
• Required Qualifications
• 1+ year of clinical research experience OR strong clinical background
