Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Carpet Cleaning Technician with prior experience working specifically for a professional carpet cleaning company. The ideal candidate understands industry-standard cleaning methods, customer service expectations, and can confidently operate carpet cleaning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and commercial carpet cleaning services
• Operate truck-mounted and/or portable carpet cleaning equipment
• Inspect carpet conditions and recommend appropriate cleaning methods
• Communicate professionally with customers
• Maintain equipment and company vehicle cleanliness
• Ensure all work meets company quality standards
• Assist with upholstery, tile, and specialty cleaning services when needed

Requirements

• Previous experience working for a carpet cleaning company (required)
• Knowledge of carpet cleaning equipment and stain removal techniques
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Excellent customer service skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift and move equipment as needed
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
