Executive Chef – Public Market & Multi-Concept Kitchen

Location: Quakertown, PA
Schedule: Wednesday–Sunday (Full-Time)

Are you a passionate chef who enjoys leading a team, creating exceptional food, and developing exciting new menu ideas? We're looking for an experienced Executive Chef to oversee multiple quick-service restaurant concepts within our busy public market in Quakertown.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operation of 1–4 quick-service restaurant concepts under one roof.
• Lead, mentor, and schedule kitchen staff while fostering a positive team environment.
• Maintain consistency and quality across all food offerings.
• Develop creative seasonal specials and new menu items.
• Ensure food is prepared safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
• Manage inventory, ordering, food costs, and waste.
• Maintain compliance with all health department regulations and food safety standards.
• Work closely with ownership to improve operations and enhance the guest experience.
• Lead by example with professionalism, reliability, and a hands-on management style.

Qualifications

• Executive Chef, Sous Chef, or Kitchen Manager experience.
• Experience managing multiple food concepts or high-volume kitchens is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Passion for food quality, creativity, and continuous improvement.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to hospitality.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Thorough knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• ServSafe Certification is a strong plus.
