We're looking for a Quality Assurance Handler to join ClaimSorted.

About ClaimSortedClaimSorted is a Third-Party Administrator (TPA) that manages insurance claims end to end on behalf of insurers, in a ~$200B industry.
We combine a high-performing claims team with an AI-enabled platform to deliver claims up to 3x faster, with better service and better economics for insurers.
We're backed by Y Combinator, Atomico, and Eurazeo, have raised $16M+, and already manage claims for 30+ insurers across more than $200M in insurance premiums.
What you'll doConduct quality audits on open claims, closed claims and telephone calls
Identify areas of failure, both on an individual and broader operational level
Conduct feedback session with claims handlers
Work with Team Leaders to support quality improvement plans for individual team members
Identify process improvement opportunities to improve quality of claims handling
Support broader technical claims functions, such as complaints and payment controls
5+ years of claims experience in one of the following product lines - property, auto, travel, liability
2+ years of experience in conducting quality assurance of insurance claims
Strong organisation and ability to prioritise independently
Comfortable using data to make decisions
Team-oriented, hardworking, and ambitious
Startup or high-growth experience is a plus
