Role Description The Appointment Setter role at Ck On Demand Recruiting is a full-time, on-site position based in Brownsville, TX. The individual in this role will contact prospective clients and candidates, introduce services, and schedule appointments for follow-up calls or meetings. Daily responsibilities include making outbound calls, responding to inbound inquiries, confirming appointment details, updating scheduling systems, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. The Appointment Setter will collaborate with recruiters and other team members to ensure calendars are organized and appointments are booked efficiently. This role requires consistent, professional communication and a focus on delivering a positive experience to every contact.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling.
• Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation and follow-up outreach.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or scheduling tools are beneficial.
• Ability to manage time effectively, handle a high volume of calls, and work on-site in Brownsville, TX.
• Previous experience in telemarketing, call center roles, or recruiting support is a plus.
