Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand each client's unique background, challenges, and treatment needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, integrating proven therapeutic approaches to promote emotional growth and recovery.
• Facilitate diverse therapy sessions, including one-on-one and group therapy, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and self-esteem challenges.
• Maintain ongoing communication and collaboration with other healthcare providers to coordinate and enhance comprehensive care for patients.
• Engage in regular supervision and participate in professional development opportunities to remain up-to-date with mental health practices and innovations.
• Offer insights and recommendations to refine our services and enrich program delivery for better client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our counselors have the opportunity to provide specialized support for trauma recovery, coping strategies for anxiety and depression, and techniques to rebuild interpersonal relationships. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current, active licensure (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) in the state of Pennsylvania.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience working closely with clients with emotional and psychological challenges.
• Proficient communication skills, exceptional ability to establish rapport, and a strong commitment to client-centered care.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is advantageous, although not mandatory.
• A background in group therapy facilitation is highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits

Circle Behavioral Health Services offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
