We are looking for a sales professional who builds their own pipeline and closes what they start. You will sell CMMC readiness and consulting engagements to defense contractors across the Defense Industrial Base. This is a 100% commission role with uncapped earning potential and recurring income on every account you land. If you can sell high-value, trust-based B2B services and you understand (or can quickly learn) the federal compliance landscape, this is a book of business you can compound year over year

What You'll Sell

• CMMC Level 1 and Level 2 readiness and gap assessments
• SSP and POA&M development, evidence and documentation support
• Ongoing compliance advisory retainers

Who We're Looking For

• Proven B2B services or solution sales experience, ideally in cybersecurity, GRC, compliance, IT, or government contracting
• Comfortable with long, consultative, trust-based sales cycles
• A self-starter who can prospect, qualify, and close with minimal hand-holding
• Bonus: familiarity with NIST SP 800-171, DFARS 7012, or the Defense Industrial Base
