We are looking for a versatile and passionate cook to join our team at Ciao Trattoria. This role involves a mix of responsibilities, including food preparation, fresh pasta making, baking, and working the line While this is not initially a full-time position, there is potential for expanded hours as we enter our busy season.

Responsibilities
- Assist with prep work to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Craft fresh, house-made pasta with attention to quality and consistency.
- Contribute to our baking program, including pastries and desserts.
- Work the line 2-3 nights per week, maintaining efficiency and attention to detail during service.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation in accordance with food safety standards.
- Collaborate with the team to uphold the high standards of Ciao Trattoria.
Qualifications
- 1-2 year cooking experience, preference given to applicants with fine dining experience
- Able to meet all scheduling commitments
- Able to anticipate needs of others in the kitchen and proactively work to meet those needs
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable transportation to work
