Job description

Child & Family Development is seeking a full-time Patient Services Coordinator to join our growing pediatric therapy and testing practice serving families throughout the Charlotte area.


This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized in a fast-paced environment, and providing excellent customer service. You will be the first point of contact for many families and play an important role in creating a positive experience for children receiving therapy and testing services.

What You'll Do

  • Welcome and assist families visiting our offices
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
  • Register new patients and maintain accurate records
  • Verify insurance benefits and assist with referrals
  • Collect patient payments
  • Answer phones and respond to family questions
  • Coordinate with therapists, psychologists, and counselors
  • Utilize multiple software systems to support daily operations


This role requires travel between our Charlotte and Pineville locations.
