Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and maintaining the salad bar workstation for breakfast and lunch service
• Cook and arrange food using various culinary techniques for appealing presentation
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and well-organized kitchen and work area
• Check ingredient quality and manage food storage, stock, and incoming orders
• Operate kitchen equipment efficiently and safely

Qualifications & Skills

• Prior experience in foodservice is required
• Proficient with knife skills and various cooking techniques
• Knowledge of sanitation procedures and food safety standards
• Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work quickly in a fast-paced environment
