The Charlies Bar & Kitchen is a restaurant and cocktail bar withexpertly prepared classic cocktails and delicious American cuisine in a warmand inviting environment. We are currently looking to hire experienced guestforward service-driven bartenders to join a tight knit group.

JOB DESCRIPTION &QUALIFICATIONS:

BARTENDER/SERVER isresponsible for delivering excellence in developing relationships with guestsby providing personalized service, anticipating guests' needs. The bartendershould also care about classic cocktails, expert preparation, quality spirits,fresh ingredients, solid ice, precise recipes, teamwork and most importantlyhospitality. Position includes some shift as a server on the floor. Part timeand full time positions available. All bartenders are expected to work shiftsboth as a server and as a bartender.

REQUIREMENTS:

BARTENDER
- 3+ years behind the bar (not including bar back training)
- Can build 3-5 drinks at a time (this is a must)
- 2-5 shifts a week
- Flexible Availability
- Food knowledge and proper service acumen

BENEFITS:

Hourly rate: Minimum Wage +TIPS/TIP CREDIT
