POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for supporting functions related to operations as well as label and customer documentation requirements.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Generate appropriate product labels for all applicable work orders on a daily basis, moving them timely to the Assembly floor.
- Manage and maintain the label area, including printers and software, and working with vendors and Centrix IT Department as necessary
- Process all letters of compliance/certs for OEM customers, working with Director of Contract Services, Manufacturing Supervisor and Production Planner to make sure all OEM jobs are in compliance and on time
- Run Auto.Close end of every day, track down and resolve any issues, and file paperwork
- Organize and file closed work orders timely
- Creating Transparency
- Other tasks as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- Good communication and mathematical skills
- Computer literacy, Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to prioritize
- Strong organizational skills, detail oriented
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous administrative experience
- Previous computer experience required
