Job description
Centner Wellness & Spa seeks a high-energy Chief Operating Officer to oversee daily operations of a 15,000 sq ft wellness center and two satellite locations in the Brickell area. The role reports to the CEO and will drive culture, growth, client experience and core HR processes.
Responsibilities include leading leadership teams, optimizing daily operations, aligning marketing with sales, managing P&L, and ensuring HIPAA and safety compliance.
