Pay: $18.00$21.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:30 AM5:30 PM, plus alternating Saturdays

Our office is open to customers from 9:00 AM5:00 PM. Team members arrive 30 minutes before opening to prepare for the day and remain 30 minutes after closing to complete transactions and close out daily operations.

What You'll Do

As an Associate Title Clerk, you'll become a trusted resource for customers navigating vehicle title and registration services.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting customers with title transfers, vehicle registrations, license plates, and other DMV-related services
• Reviewing documents for accuracy while ensuring compliance with county and state requirements
• Processing title and registration transactions efficiently with exceptional attention to detail
• Explaining requirements and procedures in a friendly, professional, and easy-to-understand manner
• Delivering outstanding customer service from the moment customers walk through our doors until their transactions are complete
• Maintaining organized records and accurate data entry across multiple computer systems
• Staying current on DMV regulations, policies, and title processing requirements
• Collaborating with teammates to create an efficient, positive, and customer-focused workplace

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous customer service experience required
• Automotive, banking, administrative, DMV, dealership, or title experience is a plus (but not required)
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment background check
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred but not required
