• High School diploma or equivalent<\/li>
• Able to respectfully enforce rules for the betterment of the community<\/li>
• Comfortable using technology such as property management software and multiple applications, both desktop and mobile<\/li>
• General management and\/or property management experience<\/li>
• 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience preferred<\/li>
• Enjoys negotiating and cultivating a rapport with people<\/li>
• Able to handle a variety of projects occurring simultaneously with a sense of urgency<\/li>
• Real Estate sales and collections experience is a plus<\/li>
• Experience with Rent Manager is a plus<\/li>

  • Oversees all on-site operations and maintains vendor relationships to make certain all aspects of the property are running smoothly<\/li>
  • Advertise vacancies, obtain referrals from current tenants, show units, and showcase the advantages of locations and services to help obtain new tenants<\/li>
  • Facilitate resident move-ins\/move-outs, negotiate leases, collect security deposits, and process applications<\/li>
  • Enforce violations and legal matters with the support of supervisors and the legal team<\/li>
  • Resolve tenant complaints and provide quality customer service<\/li>
  • Works directly with the Regional Manager, selling homes<\/li>
  • Obtain quotes for repair and maintenance items<\/li>
  • Find and oversee contractors\/vendors<\/li>
  • Helps refresh and update working procedures<\/li>
  • Submit invoices to AVID so that invoices get paid quickly<\/li>
  • Take pictures of homes for sale for the company website<\/li>
  • Walk through the community each day to make sure the common areas and homes are clean and neat<\/li>
