Junior Agent — Athlete & Influencer Partnerships

Renegade Talent MGMT, a division of CelebExperts LLC, is a talent-first agency operating at the intersection of culture, commerce, and sports. We connect creators, celebrities, and athletes with brands across the consumer landscape. We work lean, we move fast, and we don't wait for permission. We are hiring a Junior Agent who wants to build a book of business, not sit in a training program. You will report directly to senior leadership to learn the deal cycle from people who have closed hundreds of thousands of them and be expected to pick up the phone from week one.

What You'll Actually Do

• Hunt. Identify and pursue athlete and influencer talent across wellness, sports, food, lifestyle, sports, and CPG
• Run cold outreach to brands, agencies, and marketing decision-makers — email, phone, LinkedIn, events, whatever it takes to get in the room
• Build pitches, proposals, and partnership materials alongside senior agents
• Push deals across the finish line: sponsored content, ambassador programs, appearances
• Own client communication and the day-to-day touchpoints that keep relationships alive
• Keep the pipeline clean and current

What You Need

• A minimum of one year of sales experience with a real track record. Prospecting, outreach, and closing. Not "sales-adjacent"
• Numbers you can defend. Quota attainment, pipeline generated, deals closed, revenue influenced.
• A high tolerance for hearing no. This job is rejection, then rejection, then a deal
• Genuine hunger for the creator economy, sports, and brand partnerships
• Strong written and verbal communicator who can hold their own with a CMO
• Organized and relentless on follow-through. Deals die in the gaps
• Comfortable in a lean environment where nobody is checking your calendar and everybody is watching your output

Required:

• 1-3 years of talent representation, influencer marketing, sports marketing, or brand partnerships tied to revenue generation
• Existing relationships with brands, agencies, or talent

Compensation

Full-time, remote. Base aligned with experience; plus incentive potential tied to production. The ceiling here is set by what you close.
