ABOUT THE ROLE

CastleWorks is seeking a creative, organized, and driven Marketing & Creative Coordinator to support our multi-brand marketing efforts. This role combines content creation, graphic design, social media management, and marketing coordination to help execute campaigns across digital and traditional channels.

The ideal candidate has a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field — or 1–2 years of relevant experience — and is eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.


Requirements:
  • Create marketing content for social media, websites, email campaigns, flyers, mailers, and other collateral
  • Manage day-to-day social media activity across Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business Profile
  • Assist with paid social media campaigns and track campaign performance
  • Design marketing materials using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design tools
  • Draft and edit marketing copy, blogs, newsletters, and digital content
  • Coordinate photography and video shoots for marketing campaigns
  • Maintain online business listings and ensure brand consistency across platforms
  • Support marketing campaigns, timelines, and project coordination
  • Collaborate with internal teams and business unit leaders on marketing initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field — OR 1–5 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills
  • Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing
  • Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with attention to detail
  • Experience with Facebook/Meta Ads Manager is a plus
