Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to determine their mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic services, including individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based methodologies tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, progress, and treatment outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals, families, and groups experiencing a range of mental health challenges. Qualifications

• A Master's Degree in Behavioral Science or a related field is required.
• Active licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC is mandatory.
• Minimum of two years of post-graduate experience in mental health counseling is essential.
• Strong foundational knowledge of mental disorders, effective treatment modalities, and recovery principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients and collaborating with team members.
