Castell's

Castell’s is seeking a polished, attentive, and experienced Floor Manager to oversee front of house service and closing operations.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage service and monitor the dining room throughout the shift
• Stay closely connected to the host stand, captains, and floor team
• Touch tables and ensure a strong guest experience
• Keep seating and covers distributed appropriately between sections
• Identify anything out of order and correct it quickly
• Monitor staff performance, appearance, and service standards
• Ensure reservations, guest notes, confirmation calls, and emails are properly handled
• Assist with POS issues, employee cash outs, sales reconciliation, and register closing
• Maintain menu inventory and front of house organization
• Send management an end of night report
• Take responsibility for properly closing and securing the restaurant

Ideal candidates should have restaurant management experience, strong POS and computer skills, excellent communication skills, professional appearance, and a highly customer focused mindset.

Castell’s is a dinner focused restaurant and not a late night operation.
