We are looking for a reliable and skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The HVAC Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential and/or commercial clients. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, great problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and ventilation equipment.
  
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues, identifying necessary repairs or replacements.
  
• Perform routine maintenance such as filter changes, system cleaning, and performance checks.
  
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
  
• Test HVAC systems for proper operation and efficiency.
  
• Ensure compliance with all safety procedures, codes, and regulations.
  
• Provide excellent customer service, explaining work performed and offering system recommendations.
  
• Keep service trucks, tools, and equipment clean, organized, and well-maintained.
  
• Accurately complete work orders, service reports, and related documentation.
