CASEEM is hiring experienced MIG Welders in the El Paso / Borderplex area for a temporary industrial project in North Carolina.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced welder who is comfortable traveling for project work and is available to work a full schedule, including overtime as project needs require.

What You'll Do

• Perform industrial MIG welding on a North Carolina project
• Read and follow welding procedures and jobsite requirements
• Maintain quality and productivity standards throughout the project
• Follow all required safety procedures, including hot work and PPE requirements
• Complete a hands-on weld test before starting the assignment
• Work the project schedule with flexibility for overtime when needed
• Travel from the El Paso / Borderplex area to the project location

What We're Looking For

Required:

• 5+ years of MIG welding experience in industrial, manufacturing, automotive, or similar environments
• MIG industrial/automotive certification, license, or equivalent documented qualification
• Ability and willingness to travel to North Carolina for the project
• Wide availability to work the required project schedule
• Ability to pass a CASEEM/client weld test
• Ability to meet background and project requirements

Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred

Preferred Experience

• Industrial or field welding experience
• Automotive welding experience
• Previous travel, outage, shutdown, or project welding experience
• Stick welding experience
• Flux-core welding experience
• Experience working on large-scale industrial projects
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the El Paso hiring location
