CarterWill Legal is seeking an Intellectual Property Litigation Associate with 3–6 years of experience to join its Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation litigation team. Candidates may work from any U.S. office (Chicago, Denver, Los Angeles, Oakland, and Washington, DC) or a virtual office (remote).

Qualifications

• Patent litigation experience is required.
• Additional IP litigation experience (e.g., trade secrets) is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent academic credentials and strong interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple complex matters, exercise sound judgment, and articulate legal strategies.
• Active bar license in your state of residence (or willingness to obtain promptly).
