Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Associate for our beautiful new store in Cow Hollow in San Francisco. We are looking for a multi-skilled salesperson looking to excel in the luxury sales industry with a passion for beautiful gems and unique jewelry pieces. As a salesperson, you will develop and maintain strong client relationships to achieve or exceed sales plans. And as a design specialist, you will partner and work as a team with customers, our in-house designer, gemologist, and expert jewelers to create personalized selections for projects of all sizes and style. KTD Fine Jewelers prides itself in providing unsurpassed customer service in a dynamic, collaborative, and family-oriented environment, and we are eager to find an individual exhibiting these values to join our team.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

-       2-5 years experience in retail and customer service

-       Proven track record in achieving sales results and managing the achievement of sales results

-       Experience in networking and maintaining commercially productive relationships

-       Adept at event planning

-       Proficient in Microsoft Office, client tracking and Point-of-Sales (POS) systems

-       Strong verbal and written communication skills

-       Thrive in an intimate and collaborative culture

-       Entrepreneurial work ethic and attention to detail

-       Dynamic team player with strong interpersonal skills

-       Have a sharp-eye and passion for jewelry and fashion 

Preferred Qualifications

-       College/university degree

-       Sales experience in luxury retail industry

-       Possess business development skills and financial acumen

-       Marketing experience in brand promotion
