Captain Andy's Sailing, Inc. is looking for a Full-Time Catamaran Crew Member to join our team of sea-loving professionals on the stunning coastline of Kaua?i. If you're passionate about the ocean, love connecting with people, and want to work with a company that values its crew, we want to hear from you!
Our Crew Members work aboard a fleet of 55-65 ft. auxiliary sail catamarans, delivering top-tier hospitality and unforgettable experiences to our guests. Captain Andy's is not just a job, it's a lifestyle.
Requirements
What We're Looking For:

• Reliable and ready to show up
• Flexible with scheduling (we're a 7-day-a-week operation)
• Detail-oriented and task-driven
• Comfortable on the water
• Strong communication skills and a professional, can-do attitude
• Restaurant, boating, or sailing experience a plus, but we're happy to train the right candidate!
• Must reside on Kaua?i with reliable transportation

Requirements:

• CPR/First Aid Certification (Training provided if needed)
• Food Handler Certification (Training provided if needed)

We are currently seeking applicants who currently reside on the island of Kaua?i and have a reliable form of transportation.
