Capstone Flooring

• Must have a valid Driver’s License or Identification: Essential for traveling and entering job sites.

• Background Check & Drug Screening: Many job sites require a clean criminal record (no felonies) and a passed drug test.

• Work Authorization: Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.

• Physical Demands: Candidates must have high physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials, often up to 50 lbs (buckets and drums). The work involves long hours on your feet, hands, and knees, as well as exposure to concrete dust.

• Willing to travel: You will be on the road 80% of the time. Jobs are usually out of state or town.

Entry Level - willingness to learn, familiarity with basic hand tools, and physical reliability.

Flooring Installer - Knowledge of surface preparation(grinding/shot blasting) and application techniques.

Skilled - 1-3 years of experience with chemical floor installs.
